First off, before I even get to the property itself, let me just say the the staff here are incredible!
Just got back from a 5 day stay with my mom and we visited EVERY casino in Laughlin.
Harrah's is head and shoulders above the rest!
This trip we were in South tower and I loved the updates to the rooms!
In all honesty though, having stayed in a different tower last trip, while I would recommend requesting the South tower, the other room in a different tower while not as stylish was still clean and nice - just preferred the decor in South tower.
We didn't have a "river view" room this trip but we were still facing the river and it is nice to see!
Now, the gaming is excellent!
Most casinos in Laughlin have closed their poker rooms, but Harrah's still has one and it is thriving!
Good cash games and tournaments with some locals and visitors combined.
Great mix of slots and a nonsmoking section that actually feels nonsmoking.
We don't really play table games, but we loved the video poker at the bar!
Again, all the staff on the gaming floor and poker room were EXCELLENT!
We were acknowledged by slot staff even when just passing through and were always greeted with a smile and asked how our stay was and if we needed anything.
Check in couldn't have been more painless and was actually pleasant.
We liked that they are doing their best to be as environmentally conscious as possible and took advantage of the food credit for not having maid service every day.
We liked that we weren't hounded by maids as can be the case in some hotels and getting a cash food credit for it was a super bonus!
We got read article with getting our rental car.
We got excellent advice on places to go outside Harrah's for article source and entertainment.
Now for the food - LOVE the steak house!
Of course, you expect that from a steak house and Harrah's doesn't disappoint on this option.
What REALLY surprised us was Guy Fieri's restaurant.
Had heard bad things, but we were in the mood for Mexican and I have to say if you are hesitant because of the negative reviews - just go see for yourself.
The food was excellent!
The staff was great.
Seated promptly in a clean restaurant by a friendly host, waited on quickly by a knowledgeable server ready to answer questions and made the excellent suggestion of shrimp tacos that we talked about all day the next day they were that good!
They have a smash burger which was nice.
Good food and service with great shakes.
And we also went to the Beachcomber cafe for breakfast.
We were able to get in and out quickly before our flight - no waiting to be seated served or get the check.
Food was good and reasonably priced.
They also have a spa we didn't use, but hey - there's always next time!
ROACHES AND BED BUGS.
I was lying in bed the first night when I noticed a bug crawling on my sleeve.
When I squashed it, it popped, popped, with blood.
It already fed on me.
Disgusted, I called the front desk and the lady said they had to send security up to take a report.
I said, I just want to go to bed.
We will send up the bell boY with your keys.
We get to the new room and immediately I see a roach crawling in the floor.
This place is not just old and dated things we can live with it is infested by bugs- BED BUGS AND ROACHES!
You really don't want to stay here.
As an FYI, the next morning as we are heading down to check out.
Didn't find out why but they appeared to have been a break in as the cops were questioning an elderly lady and seeming to go through her bags.
I was excited to stay here but sadly, left underwhelmed.
Parking was a plus, plentiful and very close to the hotel and check-in desk.
Walking into the hotel itself I was greeted by a waft of cigarette smell.
I was greeted right away by an employee who pointed the way to several check-in kiosks in the middle of the hotel lobby.
I believe you could still check in at the front desk but I only saw one employee behind the front desk so I could tell they were really pushing for guests to check-in at these massive kiosks.
The program to check-in moved a bit slow.
I'm guessing it had something to do with the resort's extremely slow internet service.
I was assigned a room in the North Tower which has the furthest walk from the lobby so you had to walk through the entire cigarette-scented casino and wait for what felt like the world's slowest elevator to get up to your room.
Several other guests also waiting complained that only 2 out of the 6 elevators worked.
My wait was extremely long every time I had to use the elevator.
My room looked disheveled.
The bed was so messy, sheets were barely tucked under the mattress.
The bathroom towels laughlin map of casino drive like they were thrown on top of the towel rack.
Hair was still left in the shower.
Housekeeping greatly improved my second day!
The bed was made and the towels looked neatly folded!
The room could also use some updates.
There was so much empty space!
It would be nice to see a small couch and ottoman.
The window was extremely dirty!
I kept the curtains closed for most of my stay.
The pillows were tiny and flat.
The fitted sheet had a small but very obvious hole it in.
The room could also use a full-length mirror and coffee machine.
There is a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel.
Unfortunately it was NOT opened at 8am!
If I'm in Laughlin again, Harrah's wouldn't be my first choice.
I chose this place because the price was reasonable.
This casino has a lot of potential.
The smokiness makes it a four star.
They have brought in some decent restaurants and upgraded their pool area but it still is just another casino hotel.
It would laughlin map of casino drive nice if the connected along the river walk as well.
Unfortunately this hotel was everything you fear in a hotel.
The casino was super smoky, even the non smoky side.
The rooms were not clean.
I had a co worker find 2 empty beer bottles in the room.
I thought I'd be ok after I checked my sheets and didn't see anything obvious to be concerned about.
But now I had to go to the doctor to treat a fungal infection that I got from my visit.
I stayed in the North side and there had been no Reno's.
But I visited others in the newly renovated side and it wasn't any better.
So disappointed that they don't give this hotel TLC.
There's nothing else in Laughlin they would be totally successful with a NICE hotel!!!
I don't even want to talk about it.
To be fair, I zoomed in when I took the photo of what appeared to me to be blood stains on the duvet cover.
Road trip earlier this year and stayed here the night.
We thought it was great!
We stayed on the 17th floor, room 317 with an amazing view.
Bed was comfy, coffeemaker, fridge, good water pressure.
Casino was fun and people are friendly.
Staff was helpful and lots of parking.
I would definitely stay again, don't know why so many negative reviews.
Came for the Sammy Hagar concert, and a drunken pool day.
Positives: Tiffany at the Diamond registration desk.
She tried to make a meh room situation better.
Bugs on the casino floor, including pull bugs and cockroaches.
It probably baboy could have been made more tolerable with a better bar selection.
Drinks are outdated and the bar needs an upgrade.
It is also woefully understaffed.
I will be back because the Adult pool is the best in Laughlin, but we all noted the obvious decline in standards.
This for the Beach Cafe.
The food is just okay nothing special about it.
I asked for extra crispy fries.
The chicken fried steak was okhubby said the French dip is good.
That's the 3 star for.
The server hardly check on us if we need refills.
Are we going back?
This past Labor Day weekend we celebrated my son's 21st and had an awesome time!
I also ordered his bday cake and it was amazing.
Arellano's Cheesy old, smelly like stale water.
The service and employees were extremely friendly.
I reserved a SOUTH tower which is newly remodelednon-smoking, 2 queen room.
When we arrived the Quick Check-in kiosk in the lobby said we reserved in the CENTRAL tower.
Oops, gee, I wonder how that glitch happened?!
Software can be so arbitrary you know.
Anyhow, I showed our reservation to the receptionist and she put us in the south tower all right, but in the worst room: the second floor i.
We requested another room and, after talking it over with her manager what is this, a car dealership?
Still, we find that all the rooms' hallway doors are adjusted to very forcefully slam closed, and I mean forcefully, which is a lot of fun at about 7am with BANG, BANG, BANG going on up and down the hallway while you're trying to sleep.
TIP: Get to bed early here since YOU WILL BE GETTING UP EARLY, whether you like it or not.
Housekeeping did a nice professional job and the beds and pillows are worth a mention for their comfort.
We were upgraded to a suite.
Just got engaged on the 19th of December.
We get inside the room.
Room was musky, old looking.
Decor was from the 80's.
Furniture had peeling paint and damaged.
Television was the size of a 20 inch in the bedroom.
Curtains smelled and old.
Could hardly see outside.
Jacuzzi bathtub was broken.
Shower was so dim I literally tripped as I got inside.
No decor in the bathroom.
The Guy Fieri read article was closed.
The buffet is inedible.
We left and went to the Laughlin River Lodge.
That place is awesome.
They have themed gaming rooms mixed in with food of the theme.
They give you times points on certain games.
We ate for free.
People the lodge is next door to Harrah's Laughlin.
They do not charge a resort fee unlike Harrah's for what they offer.
Get it together Harrah's.
I'm done with that dive.
I got there early--it's what I do.
While waiting for our time to meet, I played some slots.
Drink service is very good.
Even though I didn't order anything, I must have been asked 3 or 4 times within a half hour period.
My wife and I stayed here about 15 years ago and I remembered the casino as being much smaller than it is.
They didn't enlarge it.
There was an adequate variety of games from video poker of various kinds to the newest slots and some classic ones.
As it turned out, Tuesday is senior day and I earned enough points to qualify for a free buffet, our planned destination that evening.
I reported the clogged sink and broken bathroom fan at 1 a.
A woman named Nicole wanted to send someone up at 1 am while everyone was sleeping.
She told me the information WON'T BE PASSED ON AND TO CALL TOMORROW.
The 3rd tower is in it's 20s.
No remote for TV, had to ask, fan broken in bathroom, no fridge, no microwave, clogged sink.
I have been to this Harrah's since it's beginning here over 30 years ago.
It is the day before Fathers Day but take your kids to a waterpark, not a casino.
They asked us if we wanted THE adult tower or kid tower, we said, "Adult", again kids all over.
Little kids running and screaming, not sure why half the clientele is underage.
Big plus is that it is riverfront propery with a small beach.
The smoke is overwhelming.
Everything has been stripped down, blah decor, the buffet has apple sauce.
Never, ever, again, I'm done, with your children's preschool.
I don't want to hear kids screaming.
Bye bye Kiddy Casino.
This place is alright, but seriously needs improvements.
First of all, the main lobby is filled with smokers.
I understand that this is the laughlin map of casino drive for this place, but the least they could do is make a non-smoking section of the lobby and a room for those who want to smoke.
There are young children walking through here, and exposing them to cigarette smoke is irresponsible and dangerous.
Things didn't get much better once I got to my room.
Before I even got there, the elevator got stuck right after I stepped out of it, and this wasn't an isolated incident.
The room was nice enough, but the beds were scratchy, the TV signal was weak and fuzzy, and there was no mini-fridge or coffee maker, unlike literally every other hotel I've been to.
They did that just so you will be tempted to pay for the buffet, which is a good segway into the next part of this review.
For lunch, I decided to go to the buffet with my family.
Not only was it way overpriced for five people, the food was of low quality.
It wasn't moldy or something the FDA would cringe at, but it was still made of cheap ingredients, something you wouldn't expect for the price.
I understand that buffet food is generally pretty bad, but this place was a new low.
working at casino the buffet, I went back to my room, and guess what was going on at one of the first floor rooms?
Yep, complete with police pointing guns at the door of the room.
What a nice thing to experience on vacation.
Wanting to get my mind off the standoff, I decided to go down to the pool.
And, well, it wasn't great either.
Not only was the pool water too heavily-chlorinated, there were rowdy kids all over the place, not making it a very pleasant environment.
I stayed at Harrah's for two nights, and neither night was particularly pleasant.
I recommend you stay somewhere else.
Made my reservation for the South tower which was newly renovated.
Checked in and they told us they overbooked and had to put us in the central tower.
Made this reservation 3 months ago.
Didn't get the adjustment for their overbooking.
I did get 2 free buffets dinners.
We have a nice view of the parking lot.
If I can rate this hotel zero stars I would.
First night, the sink in the restroom was clogged and was sent maintenance personnel which was a very nice gentleman but see more piping broke.
I requested a different room as this room now smelled Disgusting.
The water flow in the sink in my now new room was slow but I managed.
Second night, the other room that I reserved The front desk provided A key to another guest with the same room number.
The guest entered while my friend was changing and all we received was an apology.
We left for dinner and when we returned their key did not work.
I called and complained to the manager on duty and received an apology and complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience.
On a different note, the bell service attending to our issues, valet parking casino tivoli gratis spins and maintenance were apologetic and nice.
Dear Managers and Owners, As I am an individual that services the hospitality industry These type of reviews should be taken a bit more serious and address the issues your guests are experiencing.
You are understaffed which I feel the reason these types of mistakes are made or You are not providing enough training to your management team who oversee this hotel.
We had a lot of fun at laughlin map of casino drive casino.
The Casino is pretty small so walking to our room and back was not a big deal at all.
The service was good, nothing spectacular.
They had pretty cheap tables if you are into table games which was a plus for my companion.
The view out back by the lake was really nice.
We did not take a water taxi to any of the other casinos but would have liked too, but maybe next time!
I would definitely go to this casino again.
Very friendly staff - Valet, front desk, bartenders, restaurants, floor staff, etc.
This was our first visit to this hotel.
There were a few minor issues on the room, but the pricing, staff helpfulness, restaurant quality, and overall atmosphere were great.
The hotel does need a remodel, but i'm sure Laughlin's overall lack of business makes it difficult to spend millions of dollars on these places.
Issues with our room: Wifi and cell service throughout the hotel poor is this a Laughlin issue?
Has anyone been to the diamond lounge there, how is it?

The Guy Fieri restaurant was closed.
The buffet is inedible.
We left and went to the Laughlin River Lodge.
That place is awesome.
They have themed gaming rooms mixed in with food of the click />They give you times points on certain games.
I understand that this is the demographic for this place, but the least they could do is make a non-smoking section of the lobby and a room for those who want to smoke.
After the buffet, I went back to my room, and guess what was going on at one of the first floor rooms?
Yep, complete with police pointing guns at the door of the room.
What a nice thing to experience on vacation.
Wanting to get my mind off the standoff, I decided to go down to the pool.
And, well, it wasn't great either.
Not only was the pool water too heavily-chlorinated, there were rowdy kids all over the place, not making it a very pleasant environment.
I stayed at Harrah's for two nights, and neither night was particularly pleasant.
I recommend you stay somewhere else.
Made my reservation for the Casino night evite tower which was newly renovated.
First night, the sink in the restroom was clogged and was sent maintenance personnel which was a very nice gentleman but the piping broke.
On a different note, the bell service attending to our issues, valet parking attendants and maintenance were apologetic and nice.
Dear Managers and Owners, As I am an individual that services the hospitality industry These type of reviews should be taken a bit more serious and address the issues your guests are experiencing.
You are understaffed which I feel the reason these types of mistakes are made or You link not providing enough training to your management team who oversee this hotel.
We had a lot of fun at this casino.

Laughlin Riverwalk Laughlin Riverwalk Overview The Laughlin Riverwalk is approximately 3 miles on the Nevada side of Colorado River and connects a majority of the local casinos to the Colorado River.
The paved trail is also part of a larger Colorado River Heritage Park and Trails network throughout Laughlin.
On the Riverwalk you will stroll by the Aquarius, Colorado Belle, Edgewater, Golden Nugget, Pioneer, River Palms, and Riverside.
The nighttime is my preferred time to walk the Riverwalk as the weather is cooler, the backdrop is more beautiful with the casino lights.
The only downside of walking at night is the moths see below.
At the Colorado Belle, the Riverwalk ends at the parking lot and to access the trail again walk across the lot into the hotel and continue the length of the casino floor to go to the stage at the north end to re-enter the Riverwalk.
If you prefer to take a stroll during the daytime you may see a bit of wildlife poking around the area.
We spotted fish on the riverbank in the tall grasses.
I have heard from others that there are raccoons and skunks that can be seen on the Riverwalk but we did not encounter either.
The northernmost point is at the Laughlin-Bullhead City Bridge on Davis Dam Road and its southernmost point is at the River Palms Casino on Laughlin map of casino drive />Laughlin Riverwalk Parking Parking is available at the southern end of the Riverwalk along the loop at the end of Casino Drive.
On its northern end, parking and restrooms are available in the Pyramid Canyon Day Use Area at 157 E.
Insects at the Laughlin Riverwalk One of the matchless casino forgets to shuffle cards amusing of the Laughlin Riverwalk is that there is a moth type bug that comes out at dusk and they are THICK!
While at the Colorado River they did collect on our clothes in the shade but left us alone while we were in the sun, hence the sun theory.
Entertainment on a Saturday night β€” visitors grab a chair to sit and listen to the band and a check this out danced.
The Laughlin Riverwalk at dusk as the lights are starting to turn on and the temperatures start to get a smidge cooler.
We saw fish in the tall grasses β€” hard to tell because we were so far away but we suspect they were Carp.
I am an outdoor enthusiast who would rather be on a backcountry backpacking trip than a stroll on the beach although I do love the laughlin map of casino drive />Living in Las Vegas has afforded me the opportunity to easily explore the Southwest region of the Laughlin map of casino drive States.
A nature lover, I am often found at the end of the pack taking photos laughlin map of casino drive videos of the wildlife found on the trails.
Colorful flowers, desert animals, and unusual geological rock formations are often the majority of my photos.

We liked that they are doing their click to see more to be as environmentally conscious as possible and took advantage of the food credit for not having maid service every day.
We liked that we weren't hounded by maids as can be the case in some hotels and getting a cash food credit for it was a super bonus!
We got assistance with getting our rental car.
We got excellent advice on places to go outside Harrah's for food and entertainment.
We get to the new room and immediately I see a roach crawling in phrase delaware raceway casino all floor.
The bathroom towels looked like they were thrown on top of the towel rack.
It would be nice if the connected along the river walk as well.

It already fed on me.
Disgusted, I called the front desk and the lady said they had to send security up to casino plan dwg a report.
I said, I just want to go to bed.
We will send up the bell boY with your keys.
We get to the new room and immediately I see a roach crawling in the floor.
This place is not just old and dated things we can show casino 2020 route august 66 car with it is infested by bugs- BED BUGS AND ROACHES!
I believe you could still check in at the front laughlin map of casino drive but I only saw one employee behind the front desk so I could tell they were really pushing for guests to check-in at these massive kiosks.
The bathroom towels looked like they were thrown on top of the towel rack.
It would be nice if the connected along the river walk as well.
So disappointed that they don't give this hotel TLC.
more info nothing else in Laughlin they would be totally successful with a NICE hotel!!!
In the Summer, this place is a blast.
I confirmed to receive a gift card, but spent 2+ hours in line before it was time for me to leave.
I will be back this Summer, but my gambling dollars, in the meantime, will be used at other, more efficient venues.
The Guy Fieri restaurant was closed.
The buffet is inedible.
We left and went to the Laughlin River Lodge.
That place is awesome.
I understand that this is the demographic for this place, but the least they could do is make a non-smoking section of the lobby and a room for those who want to smoke.
Made my reservation for the South tower which was newly renovated.
Checked in and they told us they overbooked and had sounds a casino chip put us in the central tower.
Made this reservation 3 months ago.
Didn't get the adjustment for their overbooking.
We have a nice view of the parking lot.
If I can rate this hotel zero stars I would.
First night, the sink in the restroom was clogged and was sent maintenance personnel which was a very nice gentleman but the piping broke.
I called and complained to the manager on duty and received an apology and complimentary breakfast laughlin map of casino drive our inconvenience.
On a different note, the bell service attending to our issues, valet parking attendants and maintenance were apologetic and nice.
Dear Managers and Owners, As I am an individual that services the hospitality industry These type of reviews should be taken a bit more serious and address the issues your guests are experiencing.
You are understaffed which I feel the reason these types of mistakes are made or You are not providing enough training to your management team who oversee this hotel.
We had a lot of fun at this casino.
Issues with our laughlin map of casino drive Wifi and cell service throughout the hotel poor is this a Laughlin issue?
